Jenny and the staff at Mountain Plains Catering provided excellent food at our traumatic brain injury scholarship fund raiser in March 2017.  Jenny's response to my initial injury was engaging and inquisitive.  She worked hard to accommodate our needs, while still supplying our event with exceptional food. 

Her follow-up provided certainty of her interest in our event and we were not disappointed.  Guests devoured the fabulous guacamole.  At evening's end, staff ensured an enormous plate of fo food was waiting for me.  My particular favorite was the savory rice and beans.
